In Home Euthanasia

I’ve been a veterinarian for over 40 years. Before I moved to Tucson I ran a full service veterinary hospital in St. Louis, but I was never too busy to make house calls when they were needed. Perhaps a house call is the most comforting when we are faced with euthanizing our beloved pet. This is not the time to travel to a busy veterinary clinic and sit in the waiting room. You shouldn’t have to wonder if you are doing the right thing. When I come to your home (or meet you in your pet’s favorite park), if you would like, I can examine and evaluate your pet and help you make this most difficult decision. Sometimes pain medication and special care can offer your pet more quality time. Only after you are comfortable with your decision will I sedate and then euthanize your pet. If you would like, I can arrange for cremation with or without your pet’s ashes returned or arrange for his burial in the Tucson Pet Cemetery.

Please call if I can help you with this difficult decision.

My Service Area is Tucson, AZ and surrounding communities.
